This high end lux residence was the convergence of a distinctively curved 1980’s residence, initial design overview by prominent Sydney architect, Alex Tzannes and executed with exceptional detail design and project management by Mark as lead project architect for Architecture Unlimited in Sydney.

This exceptional residence was sculpted around the clients extensive brief, their love of Sydney Harbour & everything nautical, and very specific family requirements.

Selection of materials is a reflection of this unique residences location in Sydney Harbour, looking directly down the harbour to the Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge.
